Shipping Details

We will begin to process orders within 24 hours of placement. Most in stock orders will ship within 48 hours or 2 business days. You will receive order tracking information via email from our shipping department once your order leaves the warehouse. In some instances multiple shipments will need to be made to fulfill your order, thus multiple shipping confirmation emails will be sent accordingly. You should receive a phone call from the shipping company prior to your order being delivered to make appropriate arrangements. Someone is required to inspect and sign for the delivery of your order.

All deliveries are curbside deliveries; drivers are unable to enter your home. Be prepared to offload the product from the delivery truck with the aid of a lift gate. Be sure to review the shipping policies detailed below as you are responsible for its content.

360FLOORING.com strives to make the delivery of your order as simple as possible. We pass our 86%+ shipping discounts directly on to our customers to give each of you the most economical way for your material(s) to arrive on time and in one piece. We understand that some shipping rates will be higher than others and are happy to shop each individual order for the best possible shipping rate upon your request. We do not profit from shipping charges, so we are more than happy to look for a better deal on your behalf. We ship across the country everyday to customers that need entire truckloads of material and customers that just need enough tile to finish their backsplash.

Delivery and Lead Times:
Please allow 24 hours for online orders to be processed. We recommend that you do not book installation until you receive your product(s).

Explanation of different shipping options:
Residential Delivery - this is a curbside delivery. The driver will unload the materials from the truck by lift gate and you are responsible for meeting them there at an arranged time to inspect all materials prior to the driver's departure. Most products are shipped on pallets of individual cartons weighing 25-80lbs. each and the customer is responsible for moving the materials from curb to a safe storage area prior to installation. Further details are provided below.

Commercial Delivery- this is a delivery to a commercial location such as an office building or warehouse that is accustomed to being accessed by semi trucks and trailers. A loading dock OR forklift must be present for this delivery method. No advance notice will be given of arrival and someone must be available to receive and unload the product during normal business hours Monday - Friday.

2. 360FLOORING.com does NOT profit from shipping. We are happy to search for the best possible shipping & handling rate for your order upon request. Our dedication to the safe delivery of your products at a fair price is a primary focus for our logistics team.

3. These products/materials weigh a lot. Tile weighs on average 6 lbs. per square foot. Hardwood weighs on average 3 lbs. per square foot. If you're ordering 1,000 square feet of tile your total shipping weight will be more than 6,000 lbs. If it costs $300-$600 to ship 6,000 lbs. of material right to your home or job-site that's a very fair rate. If you ever feel like the shipping charges displayed are not accurate please give us a call and we'll be happy to search for a better rate on your shipment.

4. We deliver the material(s) right to your home (curb side) or job-site. There is certainly some convenience it that for everyone. It's so simple... Browse our website for products you are interested in. Place your entire order online or request samples. On average your order will deliver right to your home (curb side) or job site in 2-5 business days. You do NOT have to drive around the city from one generic retail store to the next. You do NOT have to pay retail sales prices on your order. We'll even refund the cost of your samples when you place your larger order.

SAMPLES
All samples are shipped via UPS Ground. Sample charges ARE REFUNDED UPON REQUEST when you place your larger quantity order. Samples do sometimes depart from various warehouses, so depending on the materials that you select there may be 2 or even 3 shipments of samples that arrive at your door. Samples typically consist of the following items:

UPS and USPS SHIPMENTS
All product samples are shipped via UPS or USPS. ( Note: We are happy to refund your sample charges upon completion of your larger quantity order). UPS or USPS shipping may also be used for small orders of tile, hardwood, sinks, and other less-than-pallet sized orders. Most orders over 120 lbs. will automatically be shipped via LTL, not with UPS, to ensure the safe arrival of the products you've ordered.

LTL (Less Than Truckload) SHIPMENTS
LTL is the safest, fastest and most economical way to ship almost every order that 360FLOORING.com processes. Not only do we offer exceptional rates (86%+ discounts), but we can deliver any size order right to your home (curb side) using our LTL carrier relationships. Every LTL shipment includes a lift gate for easy unload of your products right on the job site or on your curb side at no additional charge to you. LOCAL PICK-UPS
