- How does my order get shipped?
We use UPS Ground and FedEx ground for small shipments (less than 30 sqft) and a number of LTL trucking companies for larger shipments (30+ sqft). Yes, deliveries are able to be made right to your residence or jobsite and all LTL shipments are scheduled deliveries. By way of a lift gate we are able to offer curbside deliveries to nearly any residential address in North America. When a lift gate is required your pallet(s) of materail will be loaded onto the ground and pulled onto your driveway with a pallet jack. - How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Generally your order will ship within 24 hours of the payment being processed. Through our network of shipping companies we are able to deliver your order in 2-4 business days under normal circumstances. Delays may be present if material stock quantities are low and a member of our sales support team will be in contact right away to notify you of these delays.

- How much does it cost to ship my order?
The shipping charges that apply to your order are based off the weight of your shipment and the distance the material has to travel. We have partnered with a number of shipping carriers and are able to offer our discounted rates directly to you as the customer. If you ever have concerns with the shipping charges that are displayed in the shopping cart please contact us so that we can look for any cheaper alternatives to delivery your order.

- How do I order samples of a product?
We offer samples for almost every product on our website. You need to select an individual product (usually that just means selecting the size of a product that you like from the category pages) and then simply click on the grey "Order Sample" button that is next to the orange "Add To Cart" button on each product page for which you would like to see a sample. Please note that all sampling fees are representative of the courier cost that applies to getting the materials to your delivery address and are fully refundable upon request when you place your quantity order.

- Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
Sales tax is required in a select number of states due to general business or warehousing activities in those states. Currently we require collecting applicable sales tax in the following states for most of the products sold on our website: MO, KS, CA, NJ, OH, AZ, GA, IL, MA, MD, NC, TX, NY, VA, PA, FL

360FLOORING.com currently does not provide installation services or advocate any specific installation company at this time. Our suggestion is to do your homework and make sure that the installation team you work with is knowledgable, experienced and has quality references to support their abilities.

- How much should I allow for breakage/damage in my shipment?
It is reasonable to expect 2%-10% breakage or damage, depending on the product and size of your order. If breakage/damage is above 10% please have it noted on the delivery documents and take pictures. Please file all claims with us within 5 days of receiving your order. For further details please contact us to handle your damaged shipment properly.
